GIS TRAINING

New England Geosystems in conjunction with Southern Connecticut State University are able to offer Authorized ESRI ArcGIS Training.

The Introduction to ArcGIS I course results in a professional certificate and is ideally suited for individuals who are new to using GIS or have used other GIS software but are starting out using ArcGIS. The class runs from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM for two consecutive days and covers fundamentals of using ArcGIS 9.X, such as organizing GIS data, working with attribute data, editing features, display and mapmaking, and understanding georeferenced data and coordinate systems.
