Aerial Photograph file sizes are very large, especially color and infrared. These files sizes and the large collection of individual image panels make aerial photography hard to work with and prohibits their use on the internet.

MRSID files can be compressed 12:1 for B&W and 20:1 for color imagery while combining limitless individual panels into a single seamless compressed MRSID image. MRSID makes aerial imagery more manageable over a network and more useful to the productivity of any municipality.

NEGEO can reproject imagery originally delivered in UTM format into State Plane projections or into any other coordinate system required.
